Mrs SHHIKHAA TTIWARI is UGC NET qualified and pursuing a PhD in Education psychology/philosophy. She is an MEd, MCA, graduate, and a certified career counselor. She has certificates in Career Counselling, Counselling for students, Parent coaching/counseling , and Life skills Coach. She is also a Life member of the Counselors Council of India, a Member of the Indian Academy of Applied Psychology, and The Asia Pacific Career Development Association (APCDA is a non-profit association incorporated for educational purposes in Maryland, USA). She has around 15 years of teaching and administrative experience in the education sector and 5 years of experience in Career Counselling.
The children in India decide their careers based on peer decisions or parents’ aspirations. Students are choosing their field of education without knowing where it will lead them and they land in a job or profession where they have no interest and their personalities is not match.
